Lemon-thyme marinated tempeh steak
Ingredients
- 200g Lentil Tempeh
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp dry thyme
- ½ lemon
Preparation
- Cut the tempeh into large slices.
- In a ceramic/glass dish, add the crushed garlic clove, olive oil, thyme and half a lemon. To mix everything.
- Add the tempeh slices, cover and leave to marinate in the fridge for 30 min.
- After the 30min. flip the tempeh slices to marinate the other side. Cover and marinate in the fridge for another 30 minutes.
- In a hot skillet, cook both sides of the tempeh over low heat for about 20 minutes. Add the rest of the marinade to add flavor.
