How to enjoy a meal together when your partner is not vegetarian?
It often happens when vegan or vegetarian people share life with people of different food values. It may be difficult to plan healthy nutrition in that case. Allcook offers a vegan and vegetarian twin to many omnivore meals. What about Vegan Moussaka, Seitan Fajitas or Parmentier, Vegan Goulash or African Yassa?

The best-before date is mentioned on the pack. Meals are fresh in the fridge for 5 to 7 days after the delivery. We recommend enjoying your meals within the first few days of delivery.
Our meals are designed to enjoy fresh. However, if you cannot finish your meals by the best-by date, you can store them in the freezer. Important to unfreeze them slowly in your fridge to keep the quality. Fast unfreezing in a microwave or at ambient temperature will ruin the work of a chef.
Our plant-based proteins, such as Tofu, and Seitan come from Switzerland. Tofu is Bio and produced from Swiss soy and Alps spring water. Please read more about our ingredients sourcing.
Our meals are delivered overnight to our customers in partnership with SwissPost. Generally, it takes 18-24 hours to deliver to any address in Switzerland. We use carton boxes with paper-based isolation material and 90% biological cooling blocks. You can recycle or return them to us for free we will reuse them for as long as possible. Learn more.
Vegetarian meals may contain animal-based ingredients such as honey and milk. Vegan meals contain only plant-based ingredients.
Soy foods contain all nine essential amino acids and offer ample amounts of each, making soy similar to animal proteins in this way. Most scientific evidence suggests that there’s no need to avoid soy products. We recommend 100-120g of soy-based products per day, which gives 35-50g of excellent-quality protein. We use only organic (bio) soy products to avoid GMOs.
We use olive oil and high-oleic sunflower, which are low in saturated fats and good for supporting a healthy heart.
