- Heat 0.5 tbsp of high sunflower oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add 200 g of sliced beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add 1 sliced red onion, 1 sliced yellow pepper, 1 sliced red pepper, and 1 sliced green pepper. Sauté for 5 minutes until softened.
- Add 1 tsp chipotle chilli powder, 0.5 tsp ground cumin, 0.5 tsp smoked paprika, 0.5 tsp fine salt, and 1 minced garlic clove. Stir for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Return the beef to the skillet, add 2 tbsp tomato purée, and stir to combine. Cook for another 5 minutes until heated through.
- Drizzle with 1 tbsp casa olive oil and 1 piece lime juice. Garnish with 1 bunch of chopped fresh coriander before serving.
For extra flavor, let the beef marinate in the spice mix for 15 minutes before cooking.
Serve these tacos with a side of fresh salsa for a refreshing contrast.
