  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the sea bass fillet with 0.5 tsp of fine salt and 0.25 tsp of ground white pepper. Drizzle with 1 tbsp of Casa olive oil and top with slices of organic yellow lemon.
  3. Grill the sea bass for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  4. In a bowl, combine 50 g of diced tomato, 50 g of diced cucumber, 30 g of diced green pepper, 40 g of crumbled feta cheese, 20 g of thinly sliced red onion, and 30 g of pitted and halved olives.
  5. Dress the salad with 1 tbsp of Casa olive oil and 0.5 tsp of oregano. Toss well to combine.
  6. Serve the grilled sea bass alongside the Greek-style salad. Enjoy immediately.

For best results, ensure the grill is properly preheated to achieve a nice char on the sea bass.

Use fresh and ripe vegetables for the salad to enhance the flavors of the dish.
