Grilled sea bass with lemon, Greek orzo salad
A healthy, light, balanced dish, rich in flavours and textures. Grilled sea bass goes wonderfully with orzo salad.

For the Greek orzo salad:
100 g
orzo
0.25 piece
green pepper, diced
0.25 piece
cucumber, diced
0.25 piece
tomato, diced
30 g
olives, pitted and sliced
50 g
feta cheese, crumbled
0.25 piece
red onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp
Casa olive oil
0.5 tsp
oregano

- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the Greek sea bass fillet with 1 tbsp Casa olive oil and season with 0.5 tsp ground white pepper. Place lemon slices on top of the fillet.
- Grill the sea bass fillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, cook 100 g orzo according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked orzo, 0.25 piece diced green pepper, 0.25 piece diced cucumber, 0.25 piece diced tomato, 30 g sliced olives, 50 g crumbled feta cheese, and 0.25 piece finely chopped red onion. Drizzle with 1 tbsp Casa olive oil and sprinkle with 0.5 tsp oregano. Mix well.
- Serve the grilled sea bass alongside the Greek orzo salad. Enjoy!
For extra flavor, marinate the sea bass in olive oil and lemon juice for 30 minutes before grilling.
Use fresh herbs like dill or parsley as a garnish for an added touch of freshness.
