Can I order meals delivery only once, or do I have to order weekly?

You can make only one order without a subscription. If you like our service, you can subscribe by defining a meal delivery frequency and the number of meals that best fit your lifestyle. Subscription allows ordering at lower prices. You can also continue purchasing without a subscription.

For how long do my meals stay fresh?

You can store most of our meals in the refrigerator for up to 7 days, and fish and salads for up to 5 days. Our meals never arrive frozen, always fresh, and have a best-by date on the individual packages. Keep the open pack in the refrigerator for no longer than 2 days in a closed Tupperware.

How often can I order your service per week?

We deliver once per week to every address in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Estimate your needs in ready meals for a week and place an order. Our meals are packed in compostable vacuum packaging that allows you to keep the taste and freshness for a week in your fridge.

How your meals are delivered to my address?

We place your meals in a special box with thick walls and isolation layers together with ice blocks. Generally, our meals are delivered within 24 hours by Swiss Post. Allcooks cold chain meals delivery system is tested to keep the cold chain for 48 hours, i.e. ensuring freshness for twice as long.

Where plant-based proteins are coming from? Are they organic (Bio)?

Our plant-based proteins, such as Tofu, and Seitan come from Switzerland. Tofu is Bio and produced from Swiss soy and Alps spring water. Please read more about our ingredients sourcing.

What is the difference between vegetarian and vegan meals?

Vegetarian meals may contain animal-based ingredients such as honey and milk. Vegan meals contain only plant-based ingredients.

How much of soy-based food is good for health?

Soy foods contain all nine essential amino acids and offer ample amounts of each, making soy similar to animal proteins in this way. Most scientific evidence suggests that there’s no need to avoid soy products. We recommend 100-120g of soy-based products per day, which gives 35-50g of excellent-quality protein. We use only organic (bio) soy products to avoid GMOs.

What kind of oil do you use for cooking?

We use olive oil and high-oleic sunflower, which are low in saturated fats and good for supporting a healthy heart.
