Seitan sautéed with vegetables
Ingredients (1 serving)
100g marinated seitan, Renski
2 stalks celery
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
Wash and chop all the vegetables.
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large frying pan and fry the seitan until it becomes slightly toasted. Set aside in a dish.
In the same pan, add another drizzle of olive oil and the onion, cut into strips. Fry for 5 minutes over a low heat.
Add the carrot and celery slices, then the broccoli florets and minced garlic. Cook for 10-15 minutes over a low heat, turning regularly.
Then add the grilled seitan, season and cook for a further 5 minutes.
Serve with a base of quinoa, to fill up on plant proteins 😉
