Steps

  1. Cut the tempeh into large slices.
  2. In a ceramic/glass dish, add the crushed garlic clove, olive oil, thyme and half a lemon. To mix everything.
  3. Add the tempeh slices, cover and leave to marinate in the fridge for 30 min.
  4. After the 30min. flip the tempeh slices to marinate the other side. Cover and marinate in the fridge for another 30 minutes.
  5. In a hot skillet, cook both sides of the tempeh over low heat for about 20 minutes. Add the rest of the marinade to add flavor.
