Sautéed vegetables, teriyaki pork and sesame

For the Vegetables:

Chinese cabbage, shredded

broccoli florets

carrot, julienned

edamame, shelled

red onion, thinly sliced

soybean sprouts

- Heat 2 tbsp of sunflower oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork fillet slices and cook for about 5 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and cook for 2 minutes until softened.
- Add the broccoli florets, celery, carrot, and red onion. Sauté for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Stir in the shredded Chinese cabbage, edamame, soybean sprouts, grated ginger, and cashew nuts. Cook for another 3 minutes.
- Return the pork to the skillet, add the teriyaki sauce, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds. Stir well to combine, season with ground black pepper to taste, and serve immediately.
For added flavor, try toasting the sesame seeds before adding them to the dish.
