Recommendations that are evolving
The Swiss recommendations published in 2011 indicated that a healthy adult needed about 0.8 g of protein per kilogram of body weight per day. This value remains useful: it corresponds to the minimum needed to avoid a deficiency in a healthy adult with moderate activity.

How to spread protein throughout the day?
The total amount of protein is important, but so is its distribution.
