The rules of the Allcook
“Win the food box” draw
1. The organiser of the draw
Allcook SA (“Allcook kitchen”)

2. Participation in the draw
Participation in the prize draw takes place during the month when the participant subscribes to the newsletter and agrees to participate. Entry closes at the end of each month. The draw winner will be chosen from the many participants in that month’s draw. The prize draw is open to all individuals over 18 years of age and domiciled in Switzerland. Allcook employees, or persons living in the same household as them, who have been involved in the conduct or organisation of the prize draw, are not eligible to participate.

3. Conduct of the prize draw
The prize will be drawn during the first week of every month from all participants who entered the draw the previous month. The prize draw will be conducted by Allcook.

4. The prize
The winner of the prize draw will receive a box with Allcook food (4 meals) for free, including the delivery.

5. Notification of winners and prize delivery
Once the prize draw has ended, the winner will be notified personally by Allcook. The prize will be delivered to the address indicated by the winner.

6. Processing of personal data
Allcook processes personal data provided by participants, such as name, telephone number, and e-mail address, for the purposes of conducting the prize draw, informing the winners and delivering the prize. Personal data will not be used for direct marketing purposes without the prior consent of the participant (opt-in). 8.By participating in the “Win the food box” prize draw, participants agree to abide by these rules. Food Box reserves the right to disregard or reject any incorrect entries or those that don’t comply with these rules. The first name of the winner will be published on the website.
