Beef Goulash, low in carbs
In our version of a traditional Hungarian peasant soup, to a delicious vegetable and beef stew, red beans, tomato sauce, we have added smoked paprika. This dish is rich in flavour and vegetables - a comforting dish that everyone will enjoy. For this low in carbs version, we have removed potatoes.

- Heat sunflower oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
- Add garlic, sweet paprika, hot ground paprika, and ground cumin to the pot, stirring until fragrant.
- Add beef aiguillette barone and sear until browned on all sides.
- Stir in beef broth, tomato paste, red wine vinegar, bay leaves, sliced carrots, mushrooms, red and green peppers. Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Season with fine salt to taste and remove bay leaves before serving.
