High standards are part of our DNA. Our head chef, trained in the French culinary tradition, built his experience in leading premium catering companies in Europe, including Potel et Chabot in Paris and Michel Reybier Hospitality in Geneva — environments where precision, consistency and excellence are essential when serving demanding guests at scale. We bring this same rigour to Allcook’s daily operations.

We use professional sous-vide packaging, with components packed separately, a technique typically reserved for high-end gastronomy. Our precise cooking methods ensure meat remains juicy and tender, and fish delicate and perfectly cooked.

Finally, we draw on authentic world cuisines, with recipes developed and refined in collaboration with native chefs from India, Thailand and Lebanon.

Allcook meals are developed with certified micronutritionist Aurélia Corbaz and our chefs to ensure they are balanced and nutrient-dense. We offer balanced, low-carb, keto and vegetarian options with adequate protein and essential amino acids.

Where do you cook?

We produce all meals at the modern kitchen in Lausanne. Avenue de Rumine 13, 1005 Lausanne.

Who cooks your meals?

We have a team of professional chefs with decades of experience producing meals for catering events of artisanal quality. Our executive chef, Benoit Thorey, worked in such catering organisations as Potel et Chabot Paris, Novae Traiteur Geneva, Traiteur de la Réserve Geneva.

How do you ensure freshness, hygiene and safety of your meals?

The ingredients are cooked the same day they arrive and are packed and delivered to your house within 24 hours. We work under strict hygiene conditions. Our kitchen is equipped with high-performance tools, allowing us to maintain high hygiene standards.
