How much do your meals cost?

Pricing depends on the number of meals ordered per delivery. The more meals you include in one order, the lower the price per meal.

Minimum order: 3 meals

Price per meal:
• 3 meals – CHF 18.90
• 4 meals – CHF 18.80
• 6 meals – CHF 18.40
• 8 meals – CHF 17.40
• 10 meals – CHF 16.90
• 12 or more meals – CHF 16.40

Can I order additional products?

Yes. You can add extra protein portions or mix and match proteins with side dishes such as vegetables and grains.

When you create a protein + side combination, the price per portion ranges from CHF 15 to CHF 20, depending on the products you select.

All additional items are priced individually.

Is the price different for subscription and occasional purchases?

Yes, pricing differs.

Everyone can purchase once at subscription-level pricing. From your second order onward, you may either subscribe to continue benefiting from lower pricing or order without a subscription at CHF 21.40 per meal.

By subscribing, you can save up to 24%. Subscriptions are flexible and can be paused or cancelled at any time with one click in your account.

What happens if my subscription payment fails?

If your payment fails, your order may still be included in our cooking plan and dispatched as scheduled. You will receive a secure payment link to complete the transaction.

We reserve the right to withhold future deliveries if outstanding payments are not settled.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, TWINT and Lunch-Check vouchers. Cryptocurrency payments will be available soon.

Does my credit card get charged if I skip a week?

Your credit card will not be charged if you skip the week before
Wednesday, the previous week 23:59 – for delivery on Tuesday.
Thursday, the previous week 23:59 – for delivery on Wednesday.
Saturday, the previous week23:59 – for delivery on Thursday
We’ll send you an email and SMS to remind you to choose your meals or skip in advance of this deadline each week.

How do you ensure security of my credit card?

We use Stripe Payment Security Platform to secure your payment data.

Can I change my payment method?

You can change your payment method by logging in to your account and clicking on "Payment method" in your account menu.

Can I get a refund if I don't like the meals I purchased?

We do everything to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. But if you believe these levels have not been achieved, please contact us by sending an email to service@allcook.ch or by filling in the contact form on our website to share your concerns; we will figure out what we can do to solve the issue.
