You may continue purchasing without a subscription for as long as you wish.
It is entirely up to you whether you subscribe or order from time to time.
A subscription is flexible. It can be paused or stopped at any time for an indefinite period, and you can adjust the number of meals according to your needs.
Subscribers benefit from significantly lower prices and can plan their meals up to four weeks in advance. You can also tailor your programme to your nutritional preferences, family size and allergen requirements.
Subscriptions require you to manage your orders before the weekly cut-off time. Customers receive an email reminder two days in advance to make any necessary adjustments.
When you subscribe, you choose your meal plan, number of servings, optional add-ons and delivery day. Your first order is saved as your weekly preference and can be updated anytime via your account.
Each week, you can adjust your selections before your personal cut-off deadline. Based on your confirmed order, we purchase fresh ingredients and cook accordingly.
Cut-off deadlines:
- Tuesday delivery → Wednesday (previous week) 23:59
- Wednesday delivery → Thursday (previous week) 23:59
- Thursday delivery → Saturday (previous week) 23:59
You will receive an email reminder a few days before your cut-off.
You can pause or cancel anytime. However, changes made after the cut-off apply to the following week, as ingredients have already been ordered.
We update our menu every week so you can enjoy variety and discover new lunch and dinner ideas.
A few days before your cut-off date, you will receive an email reminder to update your preferences. If you forget to do so, we will automatically select meals for you based on your previous orders and preferences.
Think of it as a small surprise — one that our customers usually enjoy.
If you would still like to make changes after the cut-off date, please email us. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
You can easily pause or cancel your subscription by logging in to your account and clicking on your box preferences in the menu. However, if that change happens after your cut-off date, you will still pay and receive your saved order. It happens because we already have ordered ingredients for your meal box.
Each account has a cut-off day.

Since our food is cooked to order and super fresh, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds. Mistakes do happen so if there are problems with your order, contact us and we’ll work something out. We do take quality very seriously, and we want your experience to be as easy, and delicious as possible.
If you didn’t update your choice before the cut off date, you would receive your meal box based on your past orders. If you forget to update or need help, you can contact customer experience, and we will do everything we can to make sure your order is updated to the meals you would like. Although we try and be as flexible as possible, we’re unable to give refunds for packed and shipped meals.
If you are travelling for more than four weeks — or simply wish to take a break — you can pause your subscription for as long as you need. You can reactivate it anytime through your account.
