How are Allcook meals developed and nutritionally balanced?

Allcook meals are developed in collaboration with certified micronutritionist Aurélia Corbaz and our chefs. Each recipe is carefully designed to provide balanced portions of high-quality protein, fibre-rich vegetables and essential nutrients, while reducing sugar, salt and unhealthy fats. We combine nutritional science with culinary expertise to create meals that are both health-focused and genuinely enjoyable.

Do you offer low-carb, keto, vegetarian or vegan options?

We offer different low-carb and keto meals weekly that are rich in high-quality protein and carefully structured in their carbohydrate content. Our low-carb meals contain fewer than 35g of carbohydrates per portion, focusing on fibre-rich sources, while our keto meals contain under 15g of carbohydrates per portion.

We also offer vegetarian and vegan options that provide adequate plant or milk protein and essential amino acids.

How big is one serving?

Serving size depends on the meal type and nutritional profile.

Balanced and vegetarian meals weigh on average 460–500g per portion and provide approximately 600–800 kcal. The higher energy range typically applies to pasta-based dishes.

Low-carb and keto meals weigh around 400g per portion and provide approximately 300–450 kcal, reflecting their reduced carbohydrate content.

Are the meals high in protein?

Yes, all meals are designed to deliver balanced protein, averaging 30–40g per portion. For most adults, two meals per day can cover daily protein needs. Athletes or individuals with higher protein requirements can add an extra protein portion, which we offer separately.

Are your meals suitable for children or seniors?

Our meals are designed for the average adult and are prepared with moderate salt levels.

For seniors with a smaller appetite or for children, a half portion is often appropriate. If someone prefers milder flavours, spicy dishes are clearly marked on each dish card to help you choose accordingly.

I don’t have time to choose meals. Do you offer balanced weekly food boxes?

Yes. You can either select your meals à la carte or choose from our pre-bundled weekly meal boxes.

Our curated weekly boxes include options such as keto, vegan, low-carb and intermittent fasting, designed to support your nutritional goals without the need to plan or choose individual meals.

The meals inside each box change weekly, bringing variety and making it easier — and more enjoyable — to stay consistent with your diet.

Do you offer meals inspired by Mediterranean, Asian or American cuisines?

Yes. Our cuisine is largely inspired by the Mediterranean diet, widely considered one of the healthiest in the world.

We also draw inspiration from Thai, Korean and Indian culinary traditions, incorporating bold spices and diverse cooking techniques.

From time to time, we reinterpret well-known American favourites — replacing deep-frying with baking and adding more vegetables — to create healthier versions without compromising on taste.
