Delivery
Orders are delivered within 14 to 24 hours via Swiss Post, depending on the selected delivery method:
• Express: delivery by 9:00 the next morning (approx. 14 hours)
• Post Priority: delivery within 24 hours, before 17:00 the next day
The safety of chilled products is ensured through specialised insulated packaging, including a triple-layer cardboard box, insulation layers (thicker in summer) and cooling ice packs.
This system maintains temperatures up to 8°C for 48 hours — covering twice the maximum delivery time.
Delays are rare. If you are informed of a delay, please contact us by email or phone as soon as possible.
We will help ensure the parcel remains within the 48-hour cold-chain protection. If delivery exceeds this safe window, we will reimburse the full cost of your order.
Yes. The box and insulation layers can be recycled with paper and cardboard. Cooling elements are compostable.
You may also return the cooling elements for reuse. We provide a free return label for every four parcels.
If you are confident about your delivery location, you may select the option to leave the parcel next to your mailbox.
For a secure solution, you can choose MyPost24 and collect your parcel at a convenient location.
Yes. Please select the “Delivery to the door” option when placing your order (CHF 3.50 per delivery).
If you already have an account, you can activate this option in your account settings.
If your cooking box has not yet been delivered please get in touch and we’ll respond ASAP. You can view the status of your box at any time. Simply use the link for shipment tracking that our delivery partners will send you in advance by email or SMS.
Once you place your order, we purchase ingredients, cook, pack and post your food delivery. That process usually takes between 4 and 7 days, 6–7 days when there is a weekend between your order and delivery. Once you decide that you would like to get our meals weekly, you can schedule your delivery on Thursdays, Wednesdays or Tuesdays. You will get an email and SMS from our delivery partners informing you about your delivery status. You also can schedule the time of delivery yourself by clicking on the link provided by our delivery partners. We want our food preparations delivery to complement your schedule.
