How can I avoid gluten?

You can filter out gluten-containing meals when placing your order. Subscribers can programme their account to automatically exclude gluten-containing products from their meal plan.

How can I exclude pork, fish or crustaceans?

The protein source of every meal is clearly indicated on each dish card. You can programme your subscription to exclude specific protein categories such as pork, fish or crustaceans.

How can I avoid spicy meals?

Spiciness is clearly marked with a small pepper symbol on each dish. You can also filter out spicy meals in your subscription settings.

How can I exclude ingredients such as garlic or pulses?

You can programme the exclusion of specific ingredients, such as garlic or pulses, in your subscription settings. These ingredients will then be excluded from your meal plan where possible.

Can I follow a low FODMAP diet with Allcook?

A low FODMAP diet is a highly restrictive and individualised dietary approach. We do not offer dedicated low FODMAP meal plans. However, you can select specific protein options that do not contain common high-FODMAP ingredients such as onions, garlic or milk, and combine them with sides of your choice.

I don’t have time to choose my meals. Do you offer complete meal boxes for weight loss?

Yes. We offer curated meal boxes designed to support weight loss, including Vegan, Low-Carb and Keto options.

You can choose boxes covering lunch and dinner, or breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also offer 2-day 500 kcal meal boxes (Vegan or Low-Carb) designed for 2:5 intermittent fasting.

Can I order meals for weight loss or glucose management?

Yes. We offer a wide selection of meals designed to support weight loss and help manage blood glucose levels.

You can choose a Low-Carb or Keto meal plan when placing your order.

Our Low-Carb meals exclude simple carbohydrates such as refined wheat, sugar and white rice, and typically contain between 20–40g of carbohydrates per meal.

Our Keto meals exclude grains and are designed to support ketosis, containing less than 15g of carbohydrates per meal.

I’m pregnant. Which meals are safe for me and my baby?

During pregnancy, it is generally recommended to avoid unpasteurised dairy products, raw or undercooked proteins and crustaceans.

We use only pasteurised milk and cheese in our meals. The only cheeses that may be made from unpasteurised milk are Mozzarella and Burrata (DOP), which are clearly indicated in the meal name.

We recommend filtering out crustaceans when placing your order.

When reheating your meals, add a few extra minutes for fish, beef and lamb to ensure they are fully heated through, as these may be prepared medium for optimal taste. Chicken and pork are always fully cooked in accordance with food safety standards.
