in a professional kitchen in Lausanne, equipped with modern catering-grade cooking equipment.
Our kitchen at Av. de Rumine 13, 1005 Lausanne also serves as our company’s official address.
We source meat and vegetables from Switzerland whenever possible.
➜ We also purchase fish, chicken, and Italian cheese from neighbouring countries.
➜ In the summer season, we grow our own herbs.
➜ We purchase spices and Asian herbs from traditional Asian shops.
We cook each recipe carefully, then immediately stop the cooking process with rapid cooling down to 2 °C.
This preserves the correct cooking level, texture, and ensures bacteriological safety.
The meals are then packed in vacuum packaging, which naturally preserves freshness and taste without preservatives.
Your meals leave our kitchen at 1 °C and are delivered to you within 24 hours in a cold-chain box.
You can safely store them in your fridge for up to 7 days without any change in taste or texture.
We use mainly extra virgin cold-pressed olive oil in most of our recipes.
For Asian-inspired flavours, we also use sesame oil and canola oil.
Our canola oil comes from Swiss canola, produced using a warm-pressing method with no solvents or hexane.
It offers an excellent Omega-3:Omega-6 ratio of 1:2.4.
Our meals stay fresh in the fridge for up to 7 days, and fish/seafood dishes for up to 5 days. Each dish comes with a “best before” date on the label, so you always know what to enjoy first. Keep meals no longer than 2 days after opening.
➜ Water bath (recommended): Place the sealed vacuum pack in simmering water (80–90 °C) for 8–12 minutes.
➜ Microwave: Either transfer the contents to a microwave-safe dish, cover, and heat gently,
or pierce the sachet and warm it directly in the pack.
➜ Oven: For some dishes, you can also reheat in a preheated oven at 120–150 °C until warm through.
