Edwin was born in Tiruchirapalli (South India); he received his education and experience as a chef in Switzerland. He's our spices and flavours wizard. Edwin loves fusion cuisine.
Juliette is a farmer's daughter from the Gros de Vaud, and Danny comes from Florence. Our Italian chefs from "Si Mangia" with whom we collaborate create traditional Italian dishes using local products.
A born epicurean and gourmet, Dorothée from Seed'n'Root has always had a strong taste for gastronomy. Her recipe for traditional hummus, among others, has been passed down from generation to generation and reveals its secrets only to your palate.
